In the shrouded corners of a fog-laden city, the beautiful psychologist Megumi Ozawa treads a perilous line between life and death. Driven by the anguish of a patient who took her own life after being brutally raped by a Yakuza gangster, Megumi vows to seek justice. But the darkness consumes her: raped, murdered, and dismembered, her body becomes a fragment of a horrific tragedy. Beneath a cold moonlight, her grave lies beside the corpse of a rival gangster, where an ancient curse begins to stir.
From the icy earth, a grotesque entity rises. Megumi, no longer herself, melds with the rival’s corpse, resurrected as a hermaphrodite zombie with eyes ablaze with vengeance. Her soul, torn by pain and hatred, seeks no peace. Instead, she stalks the world of the living like a specter, each step trailing the scent of destruction. Under flickering streetlights, the city transforms into a hunting ground for her unstoppable wrath.
Blood will spill, and those who sowed suffering will face the nightmare they created. From shadowy alleys to the opulent dens of the Yakuza, Megumi pursues her enemies with unrelenting savagery. Yet with every slash of the blade, every scream that pierces the night, a haunting question lingers: can vengeance soothe a shattered soul, or will it only drag her deeper into the abyss of darkness?
