
Viva Films is a relatively new adult film production company in the Philippines that has already gained some international fame, especially in countries and regions in Asia, and is distributed online. While much of their output is considered raunchy and invested with films of the same genre from other cinemas. There are many well-made films, and Kitty K7 deserves praise, written and directed by women and really handles its theme of a young woman in distress, regaining her confidence and learning to love herself through sex work with the respect and dignity that the story needs to succeed. Lead actress Rose Van Ginkel gives a really good lead performance.
The film follows Hana (Rose Van Ginkel), a graphic artist, who is always enthusiastic and trying. However, she has a terrible boss Sir JV (Kier Legaspi) and a cheating boyfriend Charles (Miggy Jimenez). She realizes that she has let herself go, so she decides to improve her appearance and the way she dresses. One night, her best friend Tosha (Jean Kiley Manguera) introduces Hana to photographer Krishna (Marco Gallo). This meeting leads to a late night photo shoot and awakens her perverted instincts.
