After the first two parts were very successful with a large audience and compliments, the third part of the film directed by Lawrence Fajardo also brought a very positive effect. The cinematography is excellent, and the acting of the beautiful and lovely Christine Bermas, as well as Mark Anthony Fernandez, are outstanding and convincing performances. However, Gold Aceron seems lost in his role. The film has some pretty good crime action scenes, but the viewer is really lost when it comes to knowing what Fernandez’s character does and how he ends up at the end of the film. There is a real lack of character development and continuity of scenes that makes the film a bit confusing. In the end, this is still a film worth watching.

The film revolves around the character Pinay (Christine Bermas), a beautiful and quiet girl. She and her husband Drake (Mark Anthony Fernandez) share a room on the ground floor of an old motel owned by Mang Dwight (Lou Veloso). The second floor is occupied by Matt (Gold Aceron), an engineering student and member of a school band. He is a sexually obsessed young man who knows how to walk around holes in the wooden floor to get the best angle to spy on the nightly activities of the couple living below him. One night, while Matt is spying on the couple having sex downstairs, Pinay catches him. However, she does not expose him and allows him to continue his sexual passion.
