This is a romantic comedy, set in a war between tech companies competing for a talented developer’s latest computer software distribution contract. In other words, it’s a simple plot interrupted by a lot of gratuitous sex scenes whenever there’s a reason to delay the next scene. It’s empty and tiring, that’s what the work leaves the viewer with. In addition, the main plot is never resolved, instead a romantic plot appears unexpectedly and doesn’t make much sense.
The film has a twist near the end, when the developer’s assistant decides to rape the tech company’s female representative after she flatly rejects his advances. Obviously, for a work for an audience over 18, it’s reasonable, creating a sense of excitement for the viewer. During the period when Hong Kong’s category 3 film genre was developing strongly, it can be seen that this was just a normal film, produced and released in 1993. The film focuses on the story of two computer companies competing to win a game software creator.
