The story begins with two characters, Wei Yangsheng and Sai Kunlun, who live on the water and make a living as prostitutes. Wei Yangsheng is bored and wanders around town, but his lower body is bulging for no reason. Sai Kunlun uses threats to make Wei Yangsheng surrender. The two men disguise themselves as women and are taken to the village as female prisoners. As a result, the village chief’s wife and concubine find out and strangle them. The village chief’s wife also reveals to the village chief that Wei Yang’s giant roots are so magical that she asked the village chief to replace “him”.

Wei Yangsheng is kidnapped to the miracle doctor for surgery. At the crucial moment, Sai Kunlun spills the “desensitizing medicine” in the room, and the three take the opportunity to escape and return to the miracle doctor’s residence.
